Subject: flud private credential preservation

After identity is generated (and at any subsequent point), the user
will be able to enter a password/passphrase, a hint for the password,
and an email address.  Private credentials (key pair, group id, etc)
will be sent to the email address encrypted with the
password/passphrase, along with the hint.

If the user later needs to recover their credentials, they simply
forward this email to their flud node (or use some other means to feed
the encrypted private credentials).  The flud client will prompt for
the password/phrase, recover the credentials, and assume the identity.
