[flud-devel] flud backup developer release

Hello All,

An extremely pre-alpha developer snapshot of flud backup, a
decentralized open source python/C/C++ application, is now available
at http://www.flud.org

It is very unpolished, but most basic functionality is present
(storing/verifying/retrieving files, restore on complete node failure,
etc), even though only currently exposed through a crude command
prompt.  This release brings the software to the "toy prototype
without batteries" stage.

Please feel free to critique the architecture/design and/or vandalize
the wiki and mailing list :) .  Developers who would like to fix
brokeness and otherwise help steer development are also welcome to
dive in (bugtracker available now, public CVS soon).
